Internal Regulations Holiday Home "Sant'Oreste on Soratte"
The following internal regulations form part of the terms and conditions of contract, thus booking implies acceptance of the same.
 
At the time of booking a deposit of 30% of the total price is required (which amount will be forfeited in case of cancellation). Reservations made by mail or telephone only have the value of an "availability request," which shall be confirmed to the customer only once we receive the bank transfer. After a booking has been made, you will be sent a booking confirmation by email or fax addressed to the person making the booking.
On the day of arrival, you should arrange to reach the property after 3:00 pm, arrangements to arrive at a different time should be requested and agreed at the time of booking.
Upon arrival you must present your identification documents (passport, identity card or driving license) for registration and compliance with the law. If the balance of the booking has not already been paid, it must be paid upon arrival in cash and is non-refundable in the event of early departure. The owner has the right to request a security deposit of €200.00 upon arrival, which will be returned at the end of the holiday unless damages or other problems are ascertained that have been caused to the property during the stay.
The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 am, unless otherwise agreed.
It is absolutely forbidden to smoke in the house.
The kitchen is supplied with gas for cooking. Please remember to close the main tap after use.
Report any shortages or damages found at the beginning of the stay.
The apartment may not be occupied by a number of guests greater than that stated at the time of booking;
The regulations of the holiday home Sant'Oreste on Soratte and the rules of the Municipal Police require silence between the hours of 12:00 am and 8:00 am. In any event, behaviour that may cause nuisance to other people must be avoided inside the house.
Use of the pool is permitted only during daylight hours, the maximum depth is 1.70 cm. There is no life guard as this is not  a requirement under regional law. The individual guests are responsible as and when they use the pool. Children are not allowed near the pool without parents or adults. Younger children must be accompanied by an adult to supervise them when they are in the water. Children under 3 years of age must wear arm bands or appropriate means of flotation. Everyone is expected to behave in such a way as not to cause damage and disturbance to other guests.
Children should always be accompanied by an adult in the area outside the house.
The use of the garden is permitted in the demarcated areas that will be indicated upon arrival at the site.
The apartment is not equipped with a safety deposit box or other security system, therefore the owner of the holiday home shall be exempt from all liability for theft or damage to property or personal items left in the home by the customer.
The accommodation is handed over clean and in order. The fee for final cleaning does not include daily cleaning and tidying or the removal of waste which are the responsibility of the guest who therefore undertakes to return the apartment in order and with all waste removed.
Particular attention should be paid to the keys of the house; their loss will result in the replacement of the lock of the front door and the relative charge of € 250.00.
Pets are not allowed.
The consumption of water, electricity and gas are included in the cost, however, for periods of stay during the winter or at any other time when gas heating is required, a gas reading will be done on arrival and again on departure to check the actual consumption and thus its cost will be charged separately at the time the keys are returned.
The city tax is not included in the price
